Most people misunderstand the way the mind works. This misunderstanding leads to all sorts of thinking by people that they are “starving for water in a desert.” In reality, there is great wisdom (and logic) built into how our minds work. And, life is much simpler than we think it is.
We are spiritual beings having a human experience. The deeper that we realize this understanding, the better our lives become, with less stress and worry, more clarity, and greater access to creativity and connection to ourselves and to others. Our lives have more room for deep meaning and accomplishment, and relationships and business work more effectively.
My purpose is to share this understanding with the world through my coaching with individuals and with various groups (including businesses).
I especially love sharing the understanding of the creative potential of life with people diagnosed with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. At 44, I was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer. This led to surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation, plus a possible cancer recurrence and more surgery a year later (it turned out to be benign), lots of uncertainty and some outright depression. I am grateful to be without a cancer recurrence in the past nineteen years.
Out of all this, it was clear to me that there had to be a better way to live and work and I started a search that led in many directions over time. In 2011, I stumbled upon the Three Principles and that has led to a deep ongoing transformation in me. With the understanding of life that I have now, the trajectory of my path toward a fuller, richer life after the cancer diagnosis would have been both more rapid and filled with more grace and ease. It is a gift for me to be able to share this understanding, perhaps with you. If this resonates with you, please connect with me.
I will be hosting group events on various topics held in Fort Worth and other locations.
Stand by for the 2016 schedule.
